Password Log

Password log sheet tracks all accounts and passwords including security questions, date of last password change and frequency of password change. The notes section can include who should maintain passwords, which employee last changed the password, or any additional information the organizations see fit. Org Relationship Tracking

This Partnership / Relationship Overview spreadsheet is designed to keep tabs of the experiences the HR organization has had with outside entities. This includes who was the liaison on each end of the interaction and if the outside organization is considered an ally, neutral, or challenging. Cross Training Chart

The purpose of this spreadsheet is to track the various skills of each team member which range on a scale from 1 through 4. Skill level 1 is untrained, level 2 is in training, 3 is trained, and 4 is when someone has the ability to train others.
