The purpose of this spreadsheet is to track the various skills of each team member which range on a scale from 1 through 4. Skill level 1 is untrained, level 2 is in training, 3 is trained, and 4 is when someone has the ability to train others. This is to ensure that organizations can track and ensure there is an exchange of knowledge between team members. There are some examples of how to use the spreadsheet on the first page. The second sheet is the template for this spreadsheet.
